The location was excellent. We had the deluxe apt which was at a different location than stated in our booking confirmation which was fine but good to know beforehand. Self checkin required a bit of WhatsApp communication. Two of the three bedrooms were spacious and had aircon.
The third bedroom was tiny and didn’t have aircon or a fan and it was a sauna in there. The door also didn’t properly close. All the internal doors are opaque glass including the bathroom door which didn’t lock and was quite dirty.

Så bra läge. Rent och fräscht. Så mysig balkong och helt ultimat läge med närhet till restauranger och allt i Gamla stan likväl som 10-15 min promenad till stranden.

Very spacious apartment in an absolutely prime location. The bathrooms were spacious and the shower was large. We had a wonderful stay with everyone having plenty of space to spread out. The location was incredibly convenient to everything in town and made walking super easy. The rooftop patio has an incredible view and is great for enjoying time outside in the evening as well!
The location of the coordinates we got through booking.com do not match where the property is actually located so we had a bit of a hard time finding it. Once we got in contact with the team they were incredibly helpful in getting us to the right spot!

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, está en pleno centro de Split.
Al reservar el anuncio da a confusión, el caso es que pensábamos que teníamos balcón o algún tipo de vista y no. Al llegar se lo dijimos a la persona que nos dio las llaves y nos dijo que el otro costaba 1000€ la noche. Al llegar tuvimos que esperar 15 minutos a que llegara la persona que nos iba a entregar después de que le avisamos con 30 minutos de antelación.
Cuando subimos dos plantas sin ascensor las 5 maletas que llevábamos nos encontramos con un pasillo donde guardan todo lo que utilizan para limpiar los apartamentos que tienen. Segunda mala impresión después de las escaleras descuidadas del edificio.
La tercera sorpresa fue el apartamento en sí, era una habitación con dos camas, una doble y otra semidoble para 5 personas. Un baño pequeño y un mini salón con mini cocina con apenas equipamiento. Nuestra última sorpresa fue la limpieza del apartamento. Pase la noche de llegada limpiando para que mis hijos estuvieran en un ambiente más limpio.
El apartamento podría estar mejor, su única ventaja es su ubicación que es ideal para una pareja pero nunca para una familia.
