The reception desk was helpful in explaining the location of the apartment, taking the easiest route due to an elderly friend traveling with me. Also helped with getting us to the train station to return to Dublin. Told us to ask for any services needed during our stay, such as extra towels. Good location to the center of the city, and also near a grocery store.
Could have provided paper towels or napkins in kitchen. Everything else was provided.

Excellent location- quiet but quite near Eyre Square and all. The front desk was absolutely lovely and efficient.
The apartment was a cheap quality- fine but not nice, except the living room furniture was quite comfortable.

Good clean location near city center - easy to explore from and met all our needs !
Only issue was lack of parking!

Smooth check in / check out. Parking facilities.
The €150 damage deposit taken straight away & now taking 3-5 days to be refunded is not acceptable in these situations , with technology enabling the refund to be instant aswell.
