We stayed at this house at the beginning of June. It is located in the beautiful mountains, in a peaceful Italian village. My family felt very comfortable in it and just like at home. In the heat, the house was quite cool, and at night with open windows it was pleasant fresh.
Good charcoal grill that we used almost every day to grill local fish. Nearby is a large table under umbrellas, where it is very comfortable to sit with the whole family in the evening. Friendly neighbors so that you can learn a little Italian.
Everything is very clean and there is everything you need including the necessary kitchen utensils (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc.), gas stove with oven, dishwasher, washing machine.
Private parking is included. That was very useful for me.
Olive trees around the house, many flowers and a beautiful view of the mountains to enjoy from the three terraces. To be honest, we hardly used the top one, which passes perfectly for a sunbathe but we preferred the beach and the sea. Nearby there is a good restaurant with local food, which can be also recommended to visit.
By the way, the closest beach is beautiful with small pebbles, very clean water, showers, toilets. Near the beach there are several cafes where you can have a snack during the day. We will definitely come back here, and also strongly recommend it to others.
