La Ginestra is one of the five apartments of our facility Case Vacanze Borgo Faraldi. Surrounded by the characteristic and surprising panorama of the Ligurian hinterland, our facility is located in the historic village of Deglio Faraldi, at 7.5 kilometers from the beaches of San Bartolomeo al Mare.
La Ginestra has a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a kitchen with living room and a bathroom with a shower.
The private terrace with little sea view is equipped with a parasol, chairs, table and sun loungers.
This apartment is definitely suitable for lovers of open spaces. In addition to the private terrace, La Ginestra also has a garden with sun loungers, barbecue and gazebo with table and chairs. This garden is in common use with the apartment La Bottega del Fabbro.
La Ginestra and all the apartments of our facility have obtained the Three Suns Certification, which is the highest qualification for all the structures belonging to the 'Holiday Homes and Apartments' accommodation category.
We carry out sanitization with the OZONPLUS ozonation system using ozone generators. The action of these devices eliminates bacteria, germs and pathogens up to 98.98%.
The Restaurant Ai Torki, located at 200 meters from our apartments, is certainly one of the best restaurants in the area to savor the typical Ligurian cuisine.

We spend a wonderful week in July in the apartment La Ginestra. It's a modern, cozy holiday apartment, lovingly furnished, in a quiet, original mountain village with a great view. Great equipment for self-sufficiency, very nice host who greeted us very friendly. We liked to relax in the apartment before and after trips to the nearby sea. The air conditioning is also great in the summer. We definitely recommend the apartment for families.

Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal in Villa Faraldi und sind immer noch begeistert und sehr zufrieden.
Die Wohnung ist sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Besonders schön ist die Dachterasse. Man hat morgens früh und auch Nachmittags Sonne.
Die Lage oben in den Olivenhaien ist ruhig und abseits vom Trubel unten am Meer.
Man brauch auch jeden Fall ein Auto.
Wir planen unseren 3. Urlaub in Villa Faraldi.
Der Vermieter Fabio ist sehr nett und steht immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Gibt Empfehlungen für die besten Strände, das beste Eis etc.
Auch für die Bedürfnisse unseres 11 Monate alten Sohnes war für Ort gesorgt ( Kinderbett, Hochstuhl).
Wir freuen uns schon auf den 3. Urlaub in Villa Faraldi.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, gut ausgestattet in einem zugegebenermaßen sehr abgelegenen aber tollem Bergdorf. Sauber, für sechs Personen akzeptabel Platz, netter Vermieter😃
