Good location for the show we went to see at the Theatre. Secure parking. Ideal space for our family to enjoy together.
Apartment a little scruffy in places but it did the job, no shampoo/shower gel in showers so make sure you bring your own, they have hair dryers. Patio doors going onto a decking area was a nice feature, although the doors didn’t lock/close properly but wasn’t an issue for us. The lady on reception during the day was really friendly.
Tight steps to get down into the main part of the apartment. My parents were in the double room at the top right by the door and they slept very badly with doors slamming and movement along the corridor all night. Me and my sister couldn’t hear from the main apartment in the twin bedroom though. Paid a £50 deposit which was told would be returned 24/48hrs after housekeeping had been into the room, but this did actually fully leave my account, I then messaged them to confirm I would get it back and it was returned shortly after they replied to my message.

Great location, close to the city centre. Apartment was spacious and suited our needs. Reception allowed us to leave our key with them while we went out. Due to a leak in our room before we checked in, we were put into a different one than we booked without issue. We were allowed to check out late due to issues with the water.
We noticed low water pressure on the first day which then turned into no water the next day. There was some mixed communication about the water issues, the nature of it and whether it would return, which was confusing. But I did appreciate the staff were under pressure from other occupants.
