Southbank Townhouse

It’s very homely and has a very nice feel to it. Very short walk to the nicest fish restaurant down on the waterside called ‘Tides’. Short walk to the barber where there are several bars and restaurants. Torquay is a far better place than it was a couple of decades ago. The landlords of Southbank Townhouse are lovely. Can’t do enough for you.

Nothing the owners were lovely and very accommodating. Nothing was to much trouble.

Careful with Temperature in Electric Shower

Hosts Graham and Leon were so very friendly, very helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. The cleanliness of all areas was exceptional. The quality of items both in your bedroom and at breakfast were very good, all named brands, no cost cutting . It is evident that since they acquired the premises in November, they have upgraded the Southbank to a superb standard. The pre order Breakfast was fantastic. Townhouse is well decorated throughout, Lovely decking area to soak up the Riviera sun too.

The only small blemish (for us) , and this is just a personal preference, the bed (in room 7) could have been firmer. We found it a little narrow, and we found ourselves rolling off the soft edges of the mattress..
