We went in April. My understanding is that this is not the tourist season for Ohrid. So we got to pick our own room. We took the one with the balcony. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a kettle, coffeepot, a small fridge, and a small balcony within the room, plus we had access to the large terrace, with the lake view, and the kitchen area.
The owners were kind, and easy to reach with just a message. There was free parking in front of the building.
It is only a 5-10 minute walk from the center, and you can walk right by the lake, so it was great.
The third bed (opening couch) was not as comfortable for an adult, and their used shampoo/hair conditioner combo was not the best and almost empty. I would prefer to pay the city tax with card during the booking, rather than cash at checkout.

The accommodation was exactly as described, with proper AC and WiFi connection. The location is very good, since it is very close to the lake, and also everything in Ohrid is walkable.
For some could be a problem the size of a TV, but I personally wouldn't say it's a downside. You don't travel to Ohrid to watch the evening news.

The apartment was very clean, the location was perfect, and the host was very nice. She responded quickly and was very helpful and kind.
We had an issue with the room next to ours a family with kids who were quite loud. Although quiet hours were from 11 PM to 8 AM, we were woken up every day around 6:30–7:00 AM due to noise. You could hear footsteps and almost every movement through the walls.
We contacted the host and explained the situation. They spoke with the neighbors, but unfortunately it didn’t make much difference, as the kids were quite young and hard to control. The host handled it professionally by offering us a price reduction and the option to move to another room.
Overall, this felt like a matter of bad luck rather than something the host could have predicted or prevented
