Das Zimmer liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt. Man ist direkt am Wasser. Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon mit zwei Stühlen und einem Tisch. Alles war sauber und gepflegt.
Leider ist die Dusche eine Katastrophe. Sie läuft aus und man setzt das ganze Bad unter Wasser. In der Mitte des Badezimmers ist noch ein Abfluss und ein Schrubber steht direkt bereit. Es dauert jedoch recht lange das Bad wieder trocken zu bekommen. Die Parksituation ist sehr schlecht. In der Altstadt sind die Straßen sehr eng und nur wenig Parkmöglichkeiten. Es bietet sich eigentlich eher an, dass auto schon vor dem Eingangstor abzustellen.

It was easy to find - right next to St. Sofia church in the heart of the old town. The room was pleasent (although it has seen some better days). Free WiFi was decent. The room has lake view. There was a parking spot available for our car.
The parking spot in question is not close (about 500 m away) up on a very steep hill. The owner told us it would not be a problem to go to the house with the car the last day, so we can pick our luggage and then leave. However, there was a barrier between the parking lot and the Old town and you need a pass/card to open it. Even though she knew we were leaving early (she specifically asked when do we leave, as she had other guests comming), she didn't provide the pass necessary for opening the gate. As a result, I climbed the steep hill once to get the car, only to find out I cannot go through the barrier and had to climb the steep hill once again with all the backpacks and bags!
On the first day when we arrived, there was no warm watter - the owner's father, who lives in the same house, didn't remember to turn the boiler on, so my wife had a cold water shower and I had to wait for two hours till the water gets heated, instead of taking a shower and going to bed after the long trip.
Obviously, the place hadn't had visitors for quite some time due to the Covid-19 pandemic, so they just assumed it didn't need cleaning. The furniture was dusty, the carpet was also dirty and the sewage in the shower was clogged, so every time you take a shower, you are ankle-deep in soapy/dirty water. All the hooks in the bathroom were broken, so no place to hang your towel.
All a traveller needs from a hotel is a hot shower and a comfortable bed! The biggest foul play against your guests is to not provide a decent shower after a long trip!
