Room was lovely.
If you struggle with stairs, don’t book the top rooms. I knew and no problem.

There was no parking there you have to find somewhere to park up and you have to find a pay and display had to pay 22pounds for.my car not happy with that when you said there was parking there

The beds are comfortable. It's clean. Love the compliment water in the fridge.
We got asked for ID before we had even stepped through the door, We fully understood it was a 25's and over B&B that's why we booked (we went away to get away from our kids so didn't want to be woken by someone else's); However IF we missed that I'm sure the three other emails telling us we would be refused entry with no refund would have done the job. We then got asked if we smoked to that I replied yes ..The gentleman then proceeded to tell me they don't permit smoking in the building at all and if we got caught we would again be kicked out with no refund..( upon walking into the building your hit with an overwhelming smell of cigarettes) The manager then proceeded to take us up to the room while telling us if we disturbed any other guest we would be kicked out and you guessed it..no refund lol, We finally made it to the room where the manager thought he would again remind us that if the owner smelt cigarettes we would be KICKED OUT WITH NO REFUND.
