The property was in a very good location. Walkable to most locations if not all quick 10 minute uber to places like Nao or Mogli. The area is busy so safe at night. The hotel it self i would say was quite nice, clean, I had a very nice room overlooking the pool area. Staff were super pleasant no complaints in that area

Spacious rooms, Very clean, Very big and comfortable beds and pillows, nice breakfast, fantastic location
Lack of staff by reception, Not much to do in the day time, music by the pool is very slow and sad, No general store shop in hotel for snacks, bottles of drink etc. Cleaners do not replace used sugar or milk, Should be an option to upgrade to a stocked mini fridge

the room are spacious and the corner rooms have such beautiful views
most but not all reception staff were so rude and not co operative specifically the night shifts and the breakfast buffet was less than average although the staff were so friendly
