The gym was really small. Some of the equipment wasn’t working. Tv channels were all in Spanish with no English subtitles

The reception staff were nice.
The pool bar staff were terrible. No space or chairs on balcony. Food not great. Undercooked burgers that were completely raw, when I took them back they recooked them, put them on a new bun and when I opened to make sure they were cooked they had reheated the burgers with the bites out of them.
