Great value, great staff and great included breakfast.
It's ever so slightly dated and not immaculate everywhere, but for the price paid (€130ish for two) it really was great value and no complaints at all.

It's close to phantasialand and price is ok. Breakfast was also ok. We were surprised there was a sauna. It worked but the steam room was not working.
At first we got a room that used to be 1 of out 2 family room. There was a door opening to the room next to ours. It was locked but we could hear conversation of the people in the room. This is absolutely not ok for us for privacy reasons and after insisting I got a new room. But that I had to be insisting a lot and be not so friendly.
