The hotel is located in a bigger Apartment and operated solely by check in machine. Finding the reservation via Agoda can be tricky. Once checked in finding your room is a nightmare as some rooms are spread throughout the appartment block and labeled, the others are not labeled and therefore hard to find from the parking.
For a hotel that operates without any staff on premise I would have expected it's clearly labeled and explained
