The apartment is 55m², it has just been renovated while preserving the original 30’s style. It has a living room with a couch, a bathroom with large shower, a brand new fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a real bed.
The apartment is very well situated; you can walk to Schuman, to the European Parliament and to many European Commission buildings (rue de la Loi) in less than 15 minutes, to Park Royal and the major museum in 10 minutes and to the Grande Place in less than 20 minutes.
The neighborhood is very dynamic and cosmopolite; shops are open late and during the weekend; there is a huge variety of inexpensive but good restaurants nearby.
You can reach the apartment easily by public transportation; Madou Metro is next door, buses 29 and 63 stop just downstairs, Schuman and Central Station are also within walking distance.

Nice apartment. Convenient to metro station and tourist sites. Plenty of cafes and shops in the neighborhood.

Everything was as expected from the reviews and the property description. The apartment was clean and quite comfortable. The elevator was a bonus! The Metro, stores, and restaurants were close by, and the neighborhood quite diverse. It was a 25 minute walk to the Grande Place, which gave opportunity to see more of the city.

Location is good with public transit readily available.
A secure but dated building. The kitchen was well equipped. Both the bed and seating are somewhat uncomfortable.
Cinzia responded in a timely manner when we needed help getting hot water.
