The room was a great size. Two comfy chairs and a huge bed. Also a mini fridge! Location was perfect.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Plenty of space in the restaurant and good choices for breakfast. Room service was convenient and efficient. Great location close to riverside walks and the city itself. Parking was chargeable but convenient and easy to get in and out of when needed. Good size bathroom and having a desk and chair in the room was great for one person.
Restaurant was closed on the day I arrived due to bank holiday. Would have been helpful to have advance notice of this but the room service was available and that was great!

Friendly and helpful reception staff.comfortable beds and great location.
We paid for breakfast and evening meal to be included. Restaurant wasn’t open as it was a bank holiday. Had to eat in the bar. Very poor selection of food and food was poor, cold and dry. Kids had to wait ages, everyone served at different times. Tables left uncleared after we finished eating. Not the experience we were hoping for.
