Location of hotel was great. Staff all very helpful and friendly.
Only a couple of minor points but only one power socket on one side of bed. Would be better to have one each side for charging phone/watch. And some decaf tea and coffee in room would be good.

Restaurant / breakfast food good / fresh. Room very comfortable/ attractive. Great view from window. Very friendly staff. General relaxed atmosphere throughout hotel. Lovely location by the river. Easy walking into centre.
Not fond of decor in restaurant area. Not fond of very loud live music Friday evening.

Room wasnt serviced for us on Saturday
We had to get reception to get us fresh towels on Saturday night, which was poor. Drinks (especially wine) expensive. Service in restaurant was incredibly slow, had to chase a glass of wine three times
