Almost everything
They did not write about staying anyways with the family , its means no privacy , I think they should be more specific about writing inside , I was shocked that the house is really a part of their home and you are not completely alone, you think twice before sitting in the garden at the end your are a guest !!!

Friendly, clean, quiet. The property is like new. It has its own parking slot.
The couch/bed could be prepared better, no sheets etc.
Internet was not working well.
