Sehr großzügiges Apartment im Dachgeschoss einer alten Villa. Neu ausgebaut mit vollständiger Küchenzeile, Esstisch, Sitzgarnitur und bequemem Bett. Fussläufig zum Ortskern mit Bäcker, Metzger und Supermarkt.

Schöne große Wohnungen. Hatten 2 Wohnungen die wirklich mit allem ausgestattet sind. Einkaufen zu Fuß gut möglich. Parkplatz am Haus. An der Sauberkeit gibst absolut nicht auszusetzen. Schön ist das das Haus für sich alleine steht und wir somit unter uns waren. Eigentümer sehr freundlich.

The apartment was very pleasant, very clean and had recently been renovated. It was spacious, comfortable and generally very well equipped (see below). If the items shown below are sorted out then this Apartment will be very good indeed.
First, on arrival the door we had been told to enter was locked. We phoned the owner who was hundreds of kilometers away on holiday. His father came and let us in. On our last evening there was a loud knock on the door at 11 o'clock. A new house guest had arrived and he too could not get in to his apartment.. He and I both tried to phone the owner and neither of us got a reply. The poor man slept in his car! As things stand this was most unsettling and unsatisfactory and could be easily remedied by installing a Key Safe for each apartment. Second, there were several things listed on the Specification which were not matched in reality in the Apartment. The Specification stated that an iron (which would have needed an ironing board), a Microwave and Tumble Dryer were available but there was no sign of any of them in the Apartment. Third, this may have been our own fault but we could not make the Wifi work. Fourth, the Specification stated that 'Free parking is possible...' This is ambiguous - one Free Parking is available if it is not in use by the occupants of the other two Apartments. Thankfully on road Parking was available very near to the Apartment.
