Die Wohnung im Block ist nicht besonders charmevoll, aber sehr praktisch, gut eingerichtet und besticht durch ihre wunderbare Lage am Meer. Vom Balkon aus schönen Blick aufs Meer. Mit 1 Minute Fussweg schon in einer kleinen Kiesbucht, umramt von schönen Felsen. Gut zum schwimmen und schnorcheln mit vielen Fischen.

Die Sauberkeit bei Ankunft ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Der Fußboden in der ganzen Wohnung sandig, überall Brot- oder Plätzchenkrümel. Der Balkon sehr schmutzig. Die sanitären Anlagen waren sauber. Der Parkplatz war mit Feigen übersät. Nachdem nach zwei Tagen der Concierge immer noch nicht sauber gemacht hatte habe ich delbst den Besen geschwungen. Habe ihn irgendwann getroffen und ihn gebeten den Parkplatz sauber zu machen. Das hat er dann auch ein Mal getan.

Nous louons depuis une vingtaine d'année un logement auprès de l'agence des Lecques Donc satisfaits (jusqu'à présent) Mais lors de notre dernier séjour pas mal de points négatifs à signaler canapé du salon cassé, cuisinière hors service (avons emprunté des plaques électriques) frigo, fenêtre chambre impossible à ouvrir, salle de bains évacuation bouchée, filtre robinet à changer, rangement armoire chambre pas fait ... Un responsable de l'agence devrait effectuer des contrôles entre les séjours !
