Anja and Fred were incredible hosts. We were coming from several hours away and sightseeing along the way, so it was hard to arrive at an exact time. They were very flexible about arrival time and left the key for us to check in on our own if necessary. We were running out of clean clothes and they helped us do laundry even though it was quite late. Fred gave us some great recommendations for dinner, though it was almost 11 by the time we got to Cassis, and most places were closing. We were also able to stay later than the check-out time since there were no reservations for the apartment the next day, which was SO helpful for my jet-lagged 8-year-old. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with more amenities than we needed. Highly recommend a stay here! It’s very close to Cassis but in a quiet area with a great breeze. There are also shops in the town that are walkable for fresh bread in the morning.

Logement propre, grand et bien équipé à la localisation idéale pour découvrir la côte. Seul bémol : les poules sous la fenêtre de la chambre et la résonance des pas des habitants du dessus.

Die Wohnung ist groß, geräumig, gut, gelegen, nur wenige Minuten von Cassis. Man sollte allerdings wissen, was einen erwartet, denn die Bilder im Internet sind sehr bearbeitet und zeigen nicht die Wirklichkeit. Darüber bin ich persönlich erschrocken. Das Wohnzimmer und die Schlafzimmer stecken noch in den 80ern einer Studenten-Bude. Wände (Wischtechnik) könnten nach Jahrzehnten dringend einen neuen Anstrich vertragen und einige Möbel, Bilder, Regale, Lampen gehören ausgemistet.
Das Toilette ist auch noch aus dieser Zeit, Bad ist neu, die Küche auch neuwertig, sehr gut ausgestattet (!), die Matratzen der beiden Schlafzimmer sind gut (uns hat das positiv gestimmt), eine Heizung oder Nachttisch, Schränkchen gibt es in dem Mini-SZ nicht.
Die Außenanlage mit Bar haben wir nicht gesehen. Es gibt einen netten Freisitz und 2 Liegen. Wir durften im Hof parken.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Danke dafür!
Man sollte wie wir Hühner mögen, da sie früh morgens laut gackern.
Die Hühner am Haus sind allerdings erbärmlich gehalten, was uns auch zu schaffen gemacht hat. Zu kleine Hütte, kein Sandbad, kaum Auslauf, keine Beschäftigung, schmutzig, notdürftig. Wir durften sie füttern.
Allgemein stimmt das Preis Leistungsverhältnis für diese Gegend!
