The outdoor space was amazing. Inside was a bit small for a large group but it had plenty of bedrooms so the sacrifice was limited indoor living space.

Everything was wonderful, the villa is exactly as in the pictures, the pool, the cleanliness and breakfast was great.

Great breakfast! Excellent variety of different fresh meals - fruits, pancakes, eggs and bacon - the whole package!
The villa is very well furnished and the pool is clean and amazing! The yard of our villa was big so the kids had plenty of place to play!
The free parking for 4 cars is great!
Most rooms are small for a couple with a kid.
The hot water is not sufficient and the last people always had to shower with cold water!
There was an electricity problem for a couple of hours during one of the evenings and the AC system was stopped during this time.
The most annoying was that the towels and especially the pillow’s sheet covers were smelling very bad - like mold, as happens when you put them in the wardrobe before being completely dry.
One of the nights we put the kids to sleep around 23:00/ 00:00 but continued listening to music and dancing in the yard. The host called the Security Guards even though that the kids in our villa were sleeping without any problem as the music was not too loud. The same was also noted by the security officer who just asked us to be 1 idea more quiet but in general does not see any issues.

Everything was 5 stars ! Elvira is a great and accomodating host! The breakfast was amazing, very well organized, always fresh and we always had a large variety of foods we could choose from! Our villa was thoroughly cleaned everyday which was a great amenity. Overall 10/10!
