Stunning location overlooking the sea across the sea to other peninsula. Big villa with 2 rooms on lower ground floor sharing a bathroom, big master bedroom upstairs with huge balcony then a further annex room which is at the far end of the garden past the pool. This room has en-suite and small kitchen so ideal for teenagers or guests. Lovely pool. . We thought location might be a problem but the villa is a 5 minute drive from stunning Afytos village with lots of restaurants. You can walk here in 30 mins. So many amazing beaches and beach clubs to explore within an hour. Choose south west facing beaches for amazing sunsets. Possidi Cape sunset was simply breathtaking. Loads of beach clubs on the peninsula or the next one albeit an hours drive but worth it. Be sure to rent a self drive boat from Ornos Paganias area for a day too.
Good photography on the listing hides some of the wear and tear but nothing unusual for villas in this part of the world. Whilst the villa looks looks new, its probably 20+ years old and showing signs of wear. The sliding patio door broke on our stay but owner was responsive.

- the view is breathtaking. We had amazing mornings on that terrace
- the pool is perfect for the kids, it isn't too deep (1,20-1,30 m)
- there were a lot of towels, even for the beach
- Kostas was nice and helpful whenever we needed something
- the beach is pretty far down but it is small and quiet, the water is perfect, it has sandy areas and also areas for snorkeling. It is one of the best beaches we've ever seen
- there are few dishes for 14 people (we had to start the dishwasher often)
- the complex hasn't a recycle bin (blue). We found one only in Afithos
- the pool apartment does not have a door to the bathroom and there is no hot water in the shower
