I had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect—conveniently situated close to key attractions, restaurants, and transport options, making it very easy to get around. One of the highlights of my stay was the staff, who were consistently friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile.
However, there is some room for improvement when it comes to housekeeping. While the room was generally comfortable, cleanliness could be better maintained, and more attention to detail would really enhance the overall experience.
With a bit more focus on housekeeping, this hotel has the potential to offer an even better stay.

The way the hotel presents itself and when you actually stay there is very different ?! Unfortunately in my room there wasn’t towels big enough and had to use hand towels to dry myself off after a shower. I did request the cleaning staff to top up on my towels as it was a two night stay. I couldn’t find the sockets to charge my phone and found them on my 2nd night. I had used the hotel hair dryer and it kept on blowing out. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you was going to be here for long maybe for a short stay but other than this everything else was okay.
