Staff were helpful and attentive. Room was clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was competent but not a highlight. Possibly the food had been out for a while before I got there at 8:30. I think I prefer Premier Inns breakfast offer but you were the better value hotel overall based on the rates available to me that day.

Convenient location, just off the A9. Staff all super helpful, professional and polite. Comfy bed. Large workdesk and plenty of space, especially to put luggage.
As so often, the only light was from heavily-shaded sources on the walls. How hard can it be to put a single, bright light in the middle of the ceiling? There is a reason lights should go on ceilings; it is because people's shadows block them when they are on the walls. The bathroom was poorly laid out, with the toilet *behind the door* (!), and made even worse by the fact that the door, when opened into the bathroom, banged into the shower cubicle: I trapped my fingers more than once. No way to unplug and remove the kettle which cluttered the work area. The only chair was a a wheeled office chair, which are very uncomfortable and hard to work from as they keep moving every time the person sitting in them shift their weight. No bath (showers belong in prisons and camp sites, not hotels)
