I liked the location of the hotel, as well as the presence of a spa center and a swimming pool inside. I liked the room, its contents, the presence of everything necessary.
During check-in, the employee was unfriendly, did not explain clearly what we asked about, and we already found out from other residents. There was no outlet near one of the beds, which was disappointing. Also, after cleaning, we were not given sugar stirrers again, and unfortunately we had to go drink tea and coffee in the cafe.

Beds are to small supposed to be double beds but very small i booked a accessible room great zize but spoiled by bed

Very large business/tourist hotels so a little soulless.

The location is very good
Bed was very small for 2 persons. Staff did not speak good English so we could not communicate. The room is only cleaned every 2 days!!! We called reception and room service a couple of times and they never replied.
