About this bed and breakfast
"In the shade of Ventoux" is located in the rustic village of Saint-Romain-en-Viennois, 25 km from the summit of Mont Ventoux, so really in the shade of Mont Ventoux. In the shade of Mont Ventoux, the house is surrounded by an overwhelming nature of mountains, forests and vineyards.
Also not unimportant, we are located "away from the mistral" as the French say so well and we are available all year. We welcome you as hosts in an autonomous part of our house, where we, as owners, stay all year and live on the 1st floor. The motto we follow for our friends / guests, even if we live on the spot, is to offer them a comfortable holiday in the respect of peace and privacy.

In summer, you can enjoy the sun by the pool, in spring and autumn, you can walk or bike between the vineyards and forests, with or without closing on a terrace!
The historic and pleasant tourist town of Vaison la Romain is just a short walk from your holiday home and has everything you need for a pleasant stay.
In winter, enjoy the snow with the Mont Serain ski resort just 20 km away. In the quiet village of Saint-Romain-en-Viennois, there is a charming restaurant and a cozy bar.
The department stores, Intermarché - SuperU - Lidle and Aldi are 1.5 km from your accommodation.

Excellent séjour. Rudy et Tanja vous accueillent dans la bonne humeur dans un gîte idéal pour 6.
Les chambres sont spacieuses, tout est très propre et fonctionnel. La piscine chauffée en tout temps est superbe et l'espace de vie en extérieur est parfait, ombragé (ou non selon les désirs du jour) avec des transats confortables...
Les propriétaires sont disponibles à chaque fois que c'est nécessaire.
Un super séjour (2 semaines) qui permet de voir plein de belles choses aux alentours (Orange, Vaison, Mont Ventoux et plein de villages médiévaux) !!
