Demeure de Digoine "Chambre d'Hotes"

Cette maison est magnifique, insolite et atypique. Le petit déjeuner est merveilleux et très complet. Nous avons été servis dans une cuisine à l'ancienne. L'accueil est très très chaleureux. Nous avons apprécié ce séjour dans ce lieu un peu hors du temps. A découvrir.

Super hyggeligt hotel der emmer af historie. Store flotte rum, der er bevaret fra den gamle tid. Hyggelige værelser. Super venlig vært, der er meget serviceminded og som serverer den bedste morgenmad.

Tingene var gode.

Vackra rum och salonger och en väldigt fin innegård med ett bra läge i byn. Fantastiskt ställe med mycket bra frukost! Mycket trevlig värdinna!

Hotel has eccentric decorations but. -Host almost charged us double (booking was already paid online - he sent an email on second day to ask me to pay instead of addressing it during check-in) -Wifi is slow, sometimes not available at all -Toilet didn't flush properly (he fixed it after asking for help but grumpy mood) -We booked twin beds and received a double bed, received extra blanket after asking) -When I asked for wifi password he answered annoyed that it's on the table, I had to ask again as I couldn't find it on the huge reception table -Forbid us to drink wine is the bedroom bc he claimed ppl wouldn't respect the hotel room -You have to ring literally a bell so he comes out -bathroom has no door On the second day we were there he send an email with the following: réserver les canoës-kayak a St Martin d'Ardèche et non à Vallon pont d'Arc)... (die Kajaks St Martin d'Ardèche und nicht in Vallon pont d'Arc reservieren) - he knew we were already put and had booked-what is going on here? -its not really clean with dead flies etc -Gate locked until 7.45 when we wanted to check out early If this guy claims I am a competitor see the other reviews...suggestion: take criticism as a way to improve.
