About this house rental

This cozy 2 story townhouse sleeps 6 and has been completely updated with new carpet, paint and all new furnishings. It includes; a fully functioning kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, utensils, dishes, and wine glasses are included to make yourself feel at home. Separate dining area seats 4. A covered veranda off the dining room includes outdoor seating. and coffee table. Living room offers all new furniture including a couch, queen memory foam sleeper sofa and 50" flat screen TV with wi-fi. A half bath is on the main floor.
The two bedrooms are upstairs with individual full size bathrooms. Towels, wash cloths, body wash and shampoo, conditioner are provided.
Bedroom 1 is a master bedroom with new memory foam queen size mattress and full bathroom with tub shower.
Bedroom 2 includes a new full size memory foam mattress and a full bathroom with tub shower and a stack washer dryer. Linens, comforters, blankets and pillows are provided for all three beds.

Great stay at a great property. Super clean and well equipped. Quiet, family neighborhood that is close to town and nearby grocery stores. Very little required communication with Frank but when needed he was very responsive and ensured we had a nice experience in his well-maintained property. Would definitely stay here again!
