The location was stunning looking over Lake Como. The property has an outside and an inside pool which is very nice. The upstairs bedroom has air conditioning along with the lounge. The host was very helpful giving us local information. Host effectively sorted out a minor problem on pool reservation.
The inside pool has a steam room with tiles that appear not to be non slip as three of our party of four slipped in there. My wife is still having leg problems as a result.

Great host attentive to all our needs. He provided some great suggestions for touring the area. We were fortunate to be there for the Festa di San Giovanni, so we had prime view of the fireworks from our balcony. Plenty of space for two families to stay with included car parking.

I like the view , the apartment is new , silence area
The hosting and welcoming is really good, the view is amazing.
The apartment’s location is far away of como center.
There were a lot of insects in the apartment.
When we booked online it was mentioned that the apartment is fully occupied with AC, but the basement wasn’t.
The WiFi, in the first floor and the basement is not working at all, only in the ground floor (living room).
There are no facilities near to the apartment (ex: supermarket, etc..).
Overall, we enjoyed our stay in como.
