Fab location - close enough to walk I the centre but very quiet at night. Lovely comfortable bed and very clean. Beautiful old house and garden.
Would have preferred a way to make coffee for ourselves in the lounge at breakfast rather than rely on staff.

The stay is in a house with a garden in a relaxed friendly atmosphere where guests can interact with others over breakfast if they choose. Breakfast is included and very good. Quick walk to all the sights and along the portico leading up to San Luca.

Location, large old house with parking and easy access.
Bathroom across the corridor and very airless over heated room with central heating that couldn't be regulated.
