It was in a nice location outside the city centre where there was a bus stop right outside, there was a elevator so we didn’t have to carry our suitcase up any stairs, the host was very very helpful and lovely. It was very clean and comfortable and we had a private bathroom

There was a little green light above the door that eliminated the whole room during the night and it bothered my partner a lot as he couldn’t sleep with it constantly being on during the night. We also got woken up early hours of the morning by people coming in or chatting in the corridor

The location is very quiet. The bus stop is at the front step of the facility and Piazza Maggiore is 6 stops away. The room, as well as the whole building in general was clean to the spot, you could smell the aroma of the cleaning fluids everywhere. Completely reconstructed elevator. We were given via Whatsapp very analytical instructions by the landlady, a very polite and sweet lady called Annalia, on how to obtain the keys, and everything else we needed to know. She also offered to keep our luggage for a few hours after checkout, which proved to be not necessary. Everything is brand new. The room is spacy, the bed is big and not squeaky at all, sheets and towels clean, the bathroom and the shower in particular is quite big. There is also a large desk below the TV. The TV itself could be a bit bigger, because it was quite far from the bed. The windows are brand new, the window blinds are electric. There is a brand new A/C unit and a big wardrobe that included extra pillows. The kitchen is very nice and fully equipped, but you are not allowed to use any electrical devises besides the water boiling pot and the huge refrigerator that has its shelves labelled for the use of each room.

There are only a handful of things that this facility needs to be done in order to reach 100% of its potential, and neither of them is of much importance. For instance, breakfast could be a bit richer. They could have added cereal and yogurt, as well as slices of bread, or some eggs to be boiled. And the TV could have been a few inches larger. We faced a problem with the toilet flush on the last day of our staying, but it was fixed very quickly. The only real problem that we are still facing, is that the Kanguro company that manages the building, not only has not yet released the € 100.00 damage deposit, but it blocked € 100.00 more from my card... We checked out 6 days ago, so I will wait a bit longer to see how it goes.

Struttura molto curata. Massima pulizia ed attenzione al cliente. Camera spaziosa e accogliente, letto molto comodo. la signora Annalia e’ stata gentilissima e super disponibile. Consigliatissimo !! 10

L’unica nota negativa il bar sottostante Spirito Divino dove abbiamo fatto colazione, poiche avevamo i voucher per la colazione , molto lugubre, non pulito e i modi della proprietaria molto discutibili! Molto arrogante e ci ha trattati malissimo , ovviamente la signora Annalia non ha colpe di ciò
