Wonderful location right in the village, only two minutes walk from the water and from all the village shops, pubs and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and very comfortable. And a delicious breakfast! I would recommend it to anyone and would come back any time I am staying in the area.
Nothing at all not to like but one suggestion would be tea and coffee making facilities in the room rather than on the landing and real coffee rather than instant. It’s only personal preference and not a big deal at all - overall it was a wonderful stay.

Location was very good for walking around the village.
Breakfast was brilliant, loved the porridge and the fresh fruit salad with yoghurt.
WiFi worked perfect 👌.
The bed was very comfortable 😃.
On the first morning the hot water was only luke warm. I guess too many guests having a shower at the same time. It was hot after the breakfast but too late then for a shower.
The toilet in my brother's room took forever to fill up again. Bit awkward when there are two people.
No biscuits or snacks on the hospitality tray (😔 I like a nice biscuit with my tea). The little plastic milk things were off even though still in date. Had to drink the tea without milk.
Everything else was great 👍.

The breakfast was ok …. We were sitting with people who had stayed there before and basically we were pretty much ignored.
The fact when I booked a double room, I received an email days later telling me we were going to be located on the second floor, it became evident to me that other guests that were local got the best rooms.$
