About this apartment rental
The 50 sqm apartment on the ground floor, for 3 + 2 persons is located in Valizza a small village just 7 km from the center of Umag, and two kilometers from the most beautiful beach in the surroundings of Kanegra.
It has a bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed for two people, flat-screen satellite TV, kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, a room with single bed, bathroom with shower and washing machine, exit to private terrace overlooking the lawn.
Free internet access, free parking near the house, fenced garden with barbecue, sun loungers.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need to spend a holiday in comfort, away from the chaos of the city in a very quiet place overlooking the countryside. In the house we still rent two holiday apartments
The area is quiet, with lots of greenery around, the nearest beach is that of the Kanegra tourist village and it is also the most beautiful beach on the Umag Riviera. The beach with gravel and pebbles, with pine trees around to shelter from the sun during the hottest hours of the day. The sea in this area is crystal clear. At Umago 7 km or Savudrija 6 km there are many services such as bank, post office, ATM, bars, restaurants. The Lav pizzeria and restaurant, and Vera restaurant are within walking distance.
* Registration only on the first day, per person € 7, to be paid in cash on the spot.
* Puppies up to 10 kg with the previous request, are allowed with an amount of € 7 per day.
* We kindly ask guests to take care of the appliances.
* Any damage will be charged on the spot.

Objekt liegt an Ortsrand, ist Zweckmäßig ausgestattet und wer nach Valica fährt, weiß dass man mobil sein muss. Unbedingt Konoba Luciana besuchen.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und stets hilfreich. Sie spricht sehr gut deutsch. Sehr ruhige Lage. Im späten Frühjahr beste Bedingungen zum Wandern.

Nette Vermieterin, schöne Wohnung zum erholen und Urlaub genießen.
Etwas negatives gibt es leider doch. Die Betten bieten keinen erholsamen Schlaf. Außerdem sind die Wasserhähne in der Küche, im Bad und in der Dusche leider total verkalkt.
