The staff were very friendly and responded quickly to messages. The location is great, with a bus stop right across from the hotel and an RER train station within walking distance. Bed was comfy.
The outside ventilation let in some noise, which made the room a bit loud for sleeping. However, after a full day of exploring Paris, I still slept very well. The room could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly, as there was some gum stuck under the bedside table.

Great value for money and good facilites. Had everything we needed including a mini fridge and dishes so we could eat in our room. Room was a good size and bed was reasonably comfortable.
Location wasn’t the best and it takes a while to get to the main things in paris but you couldn’t really beat the price so it worked for us.

Our room was very spacious, and having a kitchenette was helpful. We also felt safe in the hotel. Overall, I think this was a good, cheaper option for staying in Paris. Just know public transport from here into Paris is very difficult to figure out (especially for those not familiar with the public transport system), and the closest bus/metro is a long walk away. The extra deposit you need to pay upon check-in is quite hefty, but luckily we got it back without any hassle within a week.
There were a few small things that were faulty in the room: The light above the stove was not working, there was a continuous drumming noise throughout the night (We think it might be the pipes), and you could hear the guests next to or above you move around. There was old dirty underwear in the closet when we checked in, obviously a previous guest`s, so not sure how thoroughly the apartments are cleaned.
