Staff were helpful and nice.
Food choice was fairly good however, the full choice was not always available.
The room had a separate toilet & shower however, no sink in toilet. Rubbish bins in rooms need to be a little bigger for the family rooms.

Modern, clean, reception was inviting.
The car park smelt of urine. The city tax and car parking fees added a lot to the bill.

The actual bedroom was very poor it was basic and not overly clean
