Staff were helpful and nice.
Food choice was fairly good however, the full choice was not always available.
The room had a separate toilet & shower however, no sink in toilet. Rubbish bins in rooms need to be a little bigger for the family rooms.

The hotel itself, room, breakfast, pet accomodation is good enough for an overnight stay.
The stairs going to the hotel is reeking with urine. Whilst the hotel does not own the building - its name, logo and brand is displayed all around the door leading to the stairs to the hotel. This needs to be sorted.
