Our overall experience was great. The facilities are well maintained. The room was extremely clean and the hallways smells so fresh everyday. The staff are also commendable particularly the cleaning staff and the staff assisting in breakfast in the restaurant in Don Pedro.
Not much really. The only thing is I hope they add more children’s highchair that have safety belts.

The location was great. A minute walk to the beach and various shops and bars. The hotel was clean and had good facilities- connected to two other sister hotels that we could use too - there were options for several swimming pools and kids area as well as the evening entertainment. Food was ok but not amazing. Good shower.
It’s not a four star hotel. Maybe Don Pablo next door is but not Don Pedro. Don Pedro is outdated and needing a refresher. We had a room with the swimming pool view and regrettably close to the actual bar area. The music was so loud it was impossible to sleep. Our child is only two so he was in bed around 10pm but it was loud till around 1am and then all the kids and other families were running in corridors shouting and that was another nightmare as you can hear literally everything in these rooms. The room was also very small but had a balcony. You could barely move in the bathroom- also very small. The TV was so old you could not even connect or share from your mobile phone to watch something and the wifi offered was bad. My mobile service was better hence I used that over the available wifi. There are several elevators in the hotel but they are also very small. We could barely fit there with a small stroller and two adults.
