A beautiful hotel with really well-kept gardens - we liked watching the parakeets! There were several pools, which unfortunately we did not have time to try out. However, we did enjoy sitting on the (large) balcony in the evening and just relaxing. In the morning we were really impressed with the breakfast spread - excellent quality and masses of choice; if you were there for a fortnight you might get round to trying everything on offer...
No fault of the hotel, but because it was so large, it took quite a while to get anywhere using the lifts - worth bearing in mind if in a hurry. Also, every single sunbed round the pools was "reserved" with a towel, so it was not possible for a quick dip in the pool before we left for the journey home. Again no fault of the staff.

Good location, lots of space and activities.
We were out of season so there was lots of choice in sunbeds.
Large choice at breakfast.
No kettle in room.
Food at the pool bar.
Trying to get serviced at the inside bar in the evening. No system and the bar staff served who ever pushed their way in first.

Close to the beach, bars and restaurants.
Poor food quality. Slippers and bathrobes for the spa area were not provided. No vanity kit was available. There was an unpleasant odor in the room, likely coming from the ventilation system. No minibar or water provided in the room.
