The apartment's location is excellent, as is its comfort and cleanliness. It's in the Castello neighborhood, a 15-minute walk from St. Mark's Square. It has privileged access to the maritime transport network. The host, GianFranco, was excellent in his communication and care.

We really liked the way the host communicated - very friendly and easy to deal with. The location of the apartment is great. The place itself is super cozy and warm (which was especially important since we stayed in February). It has everything you need to cook, and it’s clean and well kept.
The only thing we didn’t like was the bed - it’s very squeaky and feels a bit unstable.

We particularly enjoyed the homeliness of the property and the fact that every effort had been made to provide things you may need. The provision of coffee and tea supplies and biscuits was a really nice touch. The owner met us at the ferry dock and guided us to the property giving us lots of local information. He also checked in on us via a message to see we were okay.
Everything was fine - nothing to criticise.
