Location was ideal for our needs -the building is quaint and individual - it might not suit someone with mobility issues.
It is a 200 year old cottage and so allowances must be made.
Quick access to the seafront
The lack of wi-fi was an issue with the younger members of the party. On arrival the TV did not work due to the aerial being blown down - this was hastily attended to

Perfect location and a lovely building. Good outdoor seating area with seaview. We've been before, so knew the place is in need of a bit of TLC and came prepared with a mattress topper and other bits. Shouldn't be necessarybut the owner seems to ignore feedback. .
As usual... rotten wood and windowframes with peeling paint, woodlice, slugs and snails in the kitchen. Old and damaged pans. Awful mattresses. French doors to the side of the building are so rotten that you can see daylight through them. Still love the place though. Just take your own pans and a mattress topper.
There was no key in the keysafe when we got there and no reply from the contact number. Had to lose our parking space and drive round to Lyme Bay Holidays office to wake them up from their desk slumber and get a spare key. Then back in the carpark queue... again. Pick up the phone guys!!!!
