Everything was first class. Staff, location, facilities. Couldn’t fault any of it.

Not much at all
Overall, it is very icy. The services are very poor,
There’s no Concierge service,
I had to request for my Restaurant Reservation two times and it still did not
One day the room was not even cleaned up
Everything seems so disconnected,
There’s a lot of school improvement at this hotel, I would prefer not to visit again
