The location, outside area, comfy bed, secure car park space, open plan.

No dishwasher, shower not very powerful and leaked a bit, also needs a new shower curtain. Tv signal not great on some channels upstairs.

No reception .Aŕrived in a thunderstorm. Could not find cottage easily, but the staff at the boat yard were great.
