Location Ideal for visiting friends and family..Short walk to Wroxham centre .and the river . The cottage was spacious and clean with a lounge view over the adjacent Marina . The rest of The Norfolk Broads and North Norfolk Coast are a short drive away .

Excellent location, large enough for a family, beds were all comfortable.
Bathroom downstairs needs renovation, the shower leaks and there is black mould, could also do with extra pillows

Loved how close it was to everything! Perfect position for what we needed.
No late check out due to cleaning for covid but the place wasn’t covid clean at all.
