The location was perfect , we come up to Aviemore every year during the April holidays, and this flat was in an ideal spot. It was really spacious, and having two toilets was a big help for us as a family. The kitchen and open‑plan living area were great too.

The only downside was the cleanliness. It didn’t feel as clean as we’d expected, and the towels left for us had a stale smell. That was the only negative in an otherwise good stay

Liked the location, cleanliness and maintenance.

Not much. The kitchen didn't have any basic supplies. There were empty jars of sugar, coffee and tea, which I guess is pretty basic. There was no kitchen roll.

Purely personal but smell of linen. Not a negative but could not cope with choice of detergent lol

We couldn’t leave on time for the check out because one of us felt sick and couldn’t leave the bathroom. At 10:40am approximately, the people from the property aggressively came, broke in through the door, and told us to go. We apologized and told them the reason we couldn’t leave on time. They were very disrespectful, told us to go, and even threw some of our belongings from the bed to the floor. We hurried to leave, but they didn’t even let us go back to double check if we had left something inside. It is true we didn’t leave on time, but it was something completely unexpected (health issues), and it is not right to treat people as they did.
