La chambre est au calme, propre et bien agencée.
Une odeur d'égouts remonte de la douche. Une très simple et très peu couteuse modification du drain d'evacuatioin de la douche bloquerait toute retour d'égouts. C'est un probleme très frequent à Lille, mais très facile à eliminer de façon permanente.

Central, great bar and Restuarant and rooms were clean and spacious
The secure parking nearby was a real bonus and our motorbikes were secure.

L’emplacement central du lieu, la proximité de nombreux commerces, la literie, le double vitrage absolument indispensable. Chambre rénovée et avec l’équipement suffisant pour un court séjour.
Beaucoup de bruit du voisinage immédiat lié au manque d’isolation du lieu. Odeur d’humidité assez forte en arrivant dans les couloirs.
Des fêtards insomniaques nous ont également fait profiter de leur fin de soirée au petit matin.
