The location of the hotel is very good and the playground was great
The rooms definitely need to be modernised a bit - the apartment was clean and spacious but it felt very dated and dark.
The staff was overall helpful and kind, with the exception of one of the ladies at the reception. Breakfast needs to be reserved the day before (but this is not stated at check-in so we hadn’t understood). I went down with my child in the morning and was told explicitly by the lady at the reception that we cannot pay and join. The service could certainly be improved - both by better informing customers and by allowing for some more flexibility, especially for families with small children.
