The owner gave a comprehensive set of steps to access the keys. It was easy to find and get into the property. The location is extremely convenient to restaurants and shops. I did a tour of the Normandy beaches which was a pick up from Place du Quebec and it's a short walk away. The spiral steps could put some people off but just take it slowly. Overall it was good stay and I would recommend it.

Very quirky and interesting apartment . Very comfortable beds and lovely bed linen. Excellent central location near the cathedral, but quiet street. Within 3 minutes walk of old centre ideal for restaurants and sightseeing.

The stone spiral staircase to second floor accommodation may prove difficult to anyone with mobility issues - and the staircase to mezzanine sleeping area could be a challenge !

L'emplacement est idéal dans le centre historique. L'appartement est très douillet et bien équipé. Beaucoup de cachet avec l'escalier en colimaçon en pierre.

Un peu petit pour une famille de 2 adultes et 2 ados, mais comme nous étions très souvent sortis, ce n'est pas non plus un défaut important.

Good location for Bayeux and D-day landing tours.

These are the things that could be better. There is no parking although the booking gives the impression there is. Public parking is a 10 minute walk away. The apartment is quite small with ceilings that are about 5’5” tall. The spiral staircase to the bedroom is very difficult to navigate. There is only one toilet roll and no toiletries for the duration of your stay. The day before you leave you receive an email that you must remove your bedding and dispose of your own rubbish amongst other instructions otherwise a negative comment will go on your booking site. I really didn’t like that.
