About this house rental
The apartment is in the eco-touristic village "Abruzzo Borgo", a few minutes from the town of Alanno.
The apartment is composed of:
- two bedrooms: a main one with a king bed and a smaller one with a single bed;
- kitchen/lounge area with fireplace;
- a bathroom;
- a patio area.
Guests will be able to use the swimming pool and jacuzzi from the 01/06 to 15/9.
Minimum stay: 3 nights.
Please note:
Various zones of the village are to be completed, for this reason the price will be lower than normal.
The space
During the Christmas period, a real Christmas tree with characteristic Christmas lights will decorate the village. Panettone and a bottle of local red wine will be included in the price.
Other things to note
A security deposit of 150 euros is required.
Cleaning costs Euro 50 are required.
