No breakfast included, but friendly boulangerie outside the front door.
Absolutely no information in the flat about how anything works. There are coffee makers (more than one), a hidden kettle, etc, a television with three telecommands, etc, and as I am not being used to French appliances I did not know how to operate any of them. I also spent the first 3 hours thinking there was no electricity in the front (street) part of the flat only to discover, after a lot of searching, that there was an extension lead behind the sofa bed which had been switched off. A small booklet with information about all of these things would have been enormously helpful and efficient.

I have stayed here a couple of times before. It's very clean and comfortable. Right in the middle of town and 2 minutes from the nearest grocery. There's a bakery just downstairs.
