Well-presented studio apartment with some nice touches, and plenty of equipment/utensils. We were left some goodies as a welcome, which was appreciated. It was airy and light, with windows on two aspects, and the sleeping space was separated from the kitchen/dining area. In a building with character but without any negative 'oldness' to contend with: everything was new and clean. Good TV provision. Good communication from Benjamin.
The bathroom space was rather compact - we managed OK but larger individuals might struggle.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans ce petit nid, très confortable, calme, proche du centre, très propre et magnifiquement décoré. Pour nous un vrai coup de cœur. Merci à Benjamin qui est très disponible et attentionné et pour les petites attentions qui nous attendaient. Nous reviendrons c'est certain et nous irons déguster des huîtres sur le front de mer 😉😊

The room was really nicely presented, the bathroom was exquisite as well.
We were left some miniature jams and such which was a nice touch as well.
It would have been nice to have a sofa or something like that to sit on but appreciate that it might be difficult to put one in due to the layout of the apartment. This just meant we’d be sat on the bed when in the room which isn’t quite as comfortable.
