Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans ce petit nid, très confortable, calme, proche du centre, très propre et magnifiquement décoré. Pour nous un vrai coup de cœur. Merci à Benjamin qui est très disponible et attentionné et pour les petites attentions qui nous attendaient. Nous reviendrons c'est certain et nous irons déguster des huîtres sur le front de mer 😉😊

The room was really nicely presented, the bathroom was exquisite as well.
We were left some miniature jams and such which was a nice touch as well.
It would have been nice to have a sofa or something like that to sit on but appreciate that it might be difficult to put one in due to the layout of the apartment. This just meant we’d be sat on the bed when in the room which isn’t quite as comfortable.

Die Info bzw Instruktionen waren sehr klar. Das Treppenhaus ist sehr alt aber breit: angenehm mit Gepäck.
Die Wohnung ist modern und sehr gut renoviert, funktional. Küche top ausgestattet ! Viele Details.
Die Cakes und den Cidre aus der Normandie auf dem Tisch sind ein sehr schöne Willkommen-Geste. Plus 1 Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank.
Matratze ist top. Fenster in der Dusche ist auch Top.
Insgesamt sehr hell und freundlich.
Zugeteilter Parkplatz im Hof ist absolut top. Die Straße ist eine 30 Zone.
Nähe zum Strand ist ein Riesen Argument: 7 Minuten zu Fuß !
Dass die Fenster nur ein Spalt geöffnet werden können ist Schade. Die Stange der Vorhängen ist nicht über die Fenster angebracht sondern davor. Bei 20° Außentemperatur ist ok aber, jeder möchte mal die Fenster komplett aufmachen können.
2 kleine Sessel irgendwie wäre ganz nett. Einzige Sitzmöglichkeit ist der Esszimmer-Stuhl, bequem aber nur ein Stuhl.
Badezimmer ist etwa eng, aber OK, man kann alles unterbringen, nur die Bewegungen sind nur lateral möglich.

The location is excellent - a quiet neighbourhood just 5 minutes from the city centre with cafés and shops, and about 8–10 minutes’ walk to the beach. The apartment itself is very comfortable and spotless, with clean bedding, a spotless bathroom, and fresh towels. We also really appreciated the treats left for us — such a thoughtful gesture! The private parking in the courtyard is very convenient, though larger cars need to manoeuvre carefully as the space is quite small.
The only real downside was the kettle, which was heavily scaled and in need of cleaning or replacement. Since we enjoy having breakfast or evening tea at home, it was disappointing not to be able to use it comfortably.
