About this house rental
Enter Woodpecker via stable doors to the walled garden and via another stable door to the spacious living area. Here you will find large flat screen TV/freeview & DVD. 3 Large comfortable sofas. A log burner for cozy winter evenings. Off the living area is: a en-suite double bedroom with zip/link option beds, stairs leading to two en-suite double bedrooms with king size 4 poster style beds, and through the door leading to a very large, well equipped kitchen. There is an american style upright fridge freezer, dining table and 10 chairs, microwave, range cooker, dishwasher & washer/dryer. Following through the kitchen there is a separate WC and the 4th en-suite double bedroom with zip/link option beds. Woodpecker also has an enclosed rear courtyard off the kitchen with washing line and external gate. Also situated in the gardens through the summer are table and chairs to seat 10 a
3 adjoining pet friendly barns have been sympathetically converted to provide spacious and comfortable accommodation. We provide free wifi, oil fired central heating, range cookers, enclosed and private walled gardens, private parking and built-in barbecues. There are no steps to get into the properties and some double en-suite rooms on the ground floors for those who may struggle with steps. We are happy for pet owners to walk their dogs on leads around the farm where there are great opportunities for bird watching. The barns are situated on the farm itself with views over open countryside and the lovely Sculthorpe Church on the driveway.

Lovely property good size ..
Dryer didnt work on the washer and maybe instructions for microwave and oven could be added to pack .. but we figured it all out .. had a blast in games room just some daft fun .. location was good easy access to local coast towns

A fabulous place! Brilliantly set up and perfectly clean. I’d only say take some better pictures as it’s much nicer than pictures suggest
